Dreama workshop Day two

Today's painting was a big challenge I think for almost everyone there but I was happy to try out my first city/cafe scape using dreama's technique. It's not quite finished so will finish it up tomorrow. I will say this. I love the team of both Dreama and her husband ron such great hospitality.

  1. Kristen, great painting with you this weekend. I have admired your work on daily paintworks and now I can put a face with the painting. Your app was a hit today!! I need to use it with my boys at homework time.

  3. Kristin, great job on the cityscape. Street scenes are frustrating for me but Dreama says "take the negative out". I was in a Dreama/Leslie workshop in February and will attend a Dreama workshop in Cary next month. I love the use of transparents-it really makes all the difference!

  4. Kristen, if this is your FIRST cityscape, I am on tippy toe waiting for your others as well. Your painting is SO beautiful--there is so much lively movement in your brushstrokes and your composition is fantastic. This painting has a timeless delightful feeling! Bravo!
